how do i place an order?
Start by filling out a quote form for screen printing, embroidery, or heat transfers. We’ll follow up with pricing and next steps.
What’s your turnaround time?
Typically 7–10 business days from artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available on request.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes — usually 24 pieces for screen printing and embroidery. Heat transfers can vary depending on the design.
Note: Minimum quantities apply per type of job. That means screen printing, embroidery, or heat press must each meet their own 12-piece minimum — they can’t be mixed together.
Can I bring my own garments?
We do not accept customer-supplied garments. In rare cases where we make an exception, please note that we are not responsible for any damage, misprints, or issues that may occur during production.
Do you offer design help?
Yes! We can assist with simple edits or create a design from scratch for an additional fee.
